
Closing preparation
When we receive your acceptance to our loan commitment, we will order an appaisal and environmental review (as required) of your loan property.
The Bank's attorneys will conduct the legal and title work, as we prepare for your loan closing. In many cases, your loan will close within 30 days from the start of your application.

Getting to know you

Start your loan right now by downloading our loan application package. It includes everything you will need to begin your loan process. Then bring, fax or mail the application to our commercial loan office.
A loan officer will then visit you to conduct an inspection and assessment of real estate for your loan property.
Loan proposal
When we receive your application, you get to work with our in-house team to review and process the information you have provided. Our experience and local expertise allows us flexibility in our evaluation.
Often, we have the ability to structure loan proposals that would simply not be possible elsewhere.
Following our review, a loan commitment letter will be sent to you. We will await your acceptance of the loan terms. When you have returned the signed document to us, we will begin perparation for your loan closing.
