Elite Community Foundation (“ECF”) was created by Dr. C.M. Brown to provide vital services locally and globally to individuals, families and communities through acts of volunteerism and education. ECF’s mission is centered on reducing poverty, illness and illiteracy which is accomplished through services to underserved communities and diverse demographics. Starting in 2019 with ECF’s online volunteer orientation, ECF’s accredited online Pandemic Safety Training in 2020, and current research in New York and Wisconsin, ECF embraced innovation and technology as key strategies to deliver consistent and sustainable services. In conjunction with ECF’s in-person services, ECF continues to provide technology-based services throughout ECF programs including ECF’s Wellness and Safety Series that garnered attendees from New York, Alaska, California, Florida, South Africa, Pakistan, Texas, Wisconsin, Canada, Ohio, Minnesota, Trinidad, Jamaica (West Indies) and more.
