The Bank will hold its Annual Meeting of Shareholders at 2:00PM ET on Wednesday, April 30th, 2026. The Meeting will be held in-person at the Hingham Historical Society at 34 Main Street in Hingham. While we encourage shareholders to attend in-person, we also plan to stream the meeting via YouTube and the link will be available here closer to the meeting. As customary, we will hold the business meeting, followed by an informal meeting in which we will discuss the business results of the last year and take questions. We will also take questions in-advance via a form here.
