Hingham Institution for Savings’ standard loan documentation requires that our commercial clients provide updated financial information on a regular basis, or more often as necessary.
On or around your due date, the Bank will contact you by e-mail with a list of what is required. Below are links to editable files to complete as requested:

We recommend using our secure document portal below for the submission of your financials. If you decline to use our portal, please do not enter any confidential information, such as your account number or social security number in emails or other submissions to Hingham Institution for Savings. As with any other email system, unencrypted messages may be viewed by unauthorized third parties.
Once you have completed and submitted your required files using the form below, we will automatically be notified and update your financial file accordingly. You will continue to receive the same request annually so long as the loan remains outstanding.
